A More Affordable Take on a Modern Classic

Warwick’s RockBass range continues to prove popular with the modern bassist on a budget. Available as a 4- or 5-string bass in either Nirvana Black Transparent High Polish or Natural High Polish, the Infinity features the same graceful curves as Warwick’s pro-level instruments. And like much of the German company’s output, it’s also available with a fretless neck. The body is constructed from red alder with a AAA flamed maple veneer top, bolt- on maple neck with ekanga veneer stripes and a wenge fretboard ( tigerstripe ebony is used for the fretless versions). It’s kitted out with Warwick’s Just a Nut III tedur nut, active 2-way electronics, controls for volume, balance, treble and bass, a two-piece Warwick bridge, Warwick security locks and a combination of MEC J- and MM-style pickups, which can be selected in series, parallel or as a single coil. www.warwick.de
